Just wanted to let you know
my order was waiting for me when I arrived home.
Thank you so much for
following up on this. Again, I was and am very impressed you went out of
your way to contact me by phone. This is and was superb customer service
attention. You could of easily sent me an e-mail or not even of responded to
give me the information. You also could of chosen to just let me wait and
see if my order arrived.
I spoke to several employees
after your call and let them know what you had done, and that other internet
companies do not go above and beyond the way you did.
My co-workers do notice when
I wear new scrubs and always ask where I found my prints, I tell them to
check out A1 Scrubs on line. Not all sites carry the exact same thing I have
found.
